Baked goat cheese with honey and nuts
Light and healthy dinner suitable even for fans of healthy eating who like to count calories.
Ingredients:
- 2 goat cheeses with white mold
- slice of toast
- 60g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of Medokomerc blossom honey
- salad mix
- half a pomegranate
Dressing:
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of Medokomerc blossom honey
- pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:

Crush a slice of toast with a stick blender, add butter, meadow honey and finely chopped walnuts.

Place the goat cheeses on baking paper and sprinkle with the nut crumble. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the dressing - olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk until creamy.

Mix the salad with the dressing, add pomegranate seeds and serve the baked cheese with nut crust on top.
