Honey roll
A honey treat with soft and elastic dough that will disappear in no time at home.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 200g of Medokomerc flower honey
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150g semi-coarse flour
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
Instructions:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.

Next, whisk the egg yolks and gradually add the meadow honey to them.

Add the beaten egg whites and sifted flour mixed with baking powder alternately to the yolk mixture. Gently mix the whole mixture.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

After baking, spread your favorite jam on the cake base or whip mascarpone with a few tablespoons of condensed milk. Using baking paper, roll up the spread cake base and let it cool.

Finally, sprinkle the roulade with powdered sugar.
