Chicken couscous with curry and honey
Prepare a quick and healthy lunch in half an hour.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- 200g couscous
- 3 teaspoons curry
- Pinch of chili
- Olive oil
- 1 large red onion
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of Medokomerc flower honey
- Peanuts
- Corn
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and marinate them for a while in a salted mixture of olive oil, meadow honey, curry, and chili.
- Then fry the red onion in oil and add the meat.
- Next, add the corn, honey to taste, and sprinkle with peanuts.
- In the meantime, prepare the couscous, which we then mix into the mixture.
