Honey cones
Quick, simple, ingenious
There are countless kinds of Christmas cookies. At the same time, in today's fast-paced world (and especially before Christmas), it is desirable that their preparation does not take too much time. So try the recipe for honey cones or tubes (that's up to you).
You will need:
- 200 g of plain flour
- 50 g of Medokomerc honey (meadow or forest)
- 1 egg
- 165 g of powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- Cooking chocolate
Let's do it! Create a dough from all the ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Then roll out a thin sheet on baking paper or a floured surface and cut out approx. 5–6 cm circles.
Now preheat the oven to 160 °C. Do not put the circles in bulk on a baking sheet, as you are used to from other types of cookies, but only three at a time and let them bake for a few minutes. Then take them out and carefully form cones or use the other end of a wooden spoon to form tubes. Dip the wider side of the tube in hot chocolate and let it harden.
You can fill the cones or tubes with any cream or whipped cream.
