Meadow flower honey comes from the nectar of the flower. It is a delicious honey with a golden colour, characterised by its sweet, pleasant taste.
Meadow flower honey comes from the nectar of the flower. It is packed in standard weights, in glass containers with a seal of originality and containing flower and meadow honeys whose origin is predominantly Czech or European. We also add imported South American honeys to the product in smaller quantities, which delay the rapid crystallization of Czech honeys and add a new dimension of flavours and aromas to the flower honey. We have also recently started to use very delicious flower honey from Cuba, which comes mainly from the nectar of the royal palm tree, as well as honey from Tanzania from high mountain organic areas. These new honeys boast a premium taste and very high quality, as they come from environments where human intervention has been minimal.
The blending, or blending of honeys, is quite common. The bees themselves mix the different honeys together. Each plant makes a different honey - it tastes, smells and looks different. It is therefore a normal process. In practice, different honeys are blended to achieve the optimum properties mentioned above. All honeys are subject to strict laboratory controls, even beyond the analyses normally used by the inspection bodies. We therefore guarantee the first-class quality of all our honeys, regardless of the type or origin of the honey in question. More about blending
Flower honeys, apart from their pleasant, slightly exotic taste, have many beneficial effects for the human body. Honey is easily digestible and suitable for immediate energy replenishment. It contains up to 0.5% vegetable protein and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, manganese and iron. It also has antioxidant, antibacterial and probiotic properties. Some vitamins are also present in honey.
Honey also contains many bee enzymes, which together make up the active biological component of honey. All of these enzymes are purely natural and the human body can make full use of them. Thanks to this biologically active component, honey is considered a superfood that every body welcomes.
